With an all-Australian beverage list spanning wine, beer, spirits and amari, alongside a considered cocktail and non-alcoholic program using native ingredients and low-waste techniques, it’s a refined yet relaxed experience. For the month of May, Pilot is offering a complimentary snack with any tasting menu. Fish ‘n’ Chips has been a longtime favourite menu item. It’s currently listed as an add-on snack for $12pp, but for American Express delicious. Month Out, it’ll be added to your meal for free. Salt and vinegar blue mackerel chips and a potato dip with dill, chervil and citrus turn the classic takeaway favourite on its head in a delightfully delicious and unexpected way. 

There’s also a vegetarian option available on request. Alternatively, you can have a liquid snack, and select to have a glass of bubbles instead.
