Aces is throwing a housewarming party, and you’re invited. With an eight-course snack menu by head chef Tom Tilbury in collaboration with two of South Australia’s coolest chefs, Water Lo of Nina Restaurant and Thomas Robinson of the Lane Vineyard.

Enjoy Robinson’s lovingly made lamb sausages with grilled pepper and salsa verde, Tilbury’s crispy lasagne skewers and Lo’s savoury Chiacciere with compressed cucumbers and ricotta. For dessert Robinson’s “tiramichoux” buns with coffee, mascarpone and a satisfying crackable brulee topping rounds out the eight-course tasting menu.

With drinks on arrival, a well-stocked bar and a DJ playing ’80s and ’90s tunes all night long, this is the only way to welcome Aces Chinatown to the neighbourhood.
