Greeting guests at the entry between the Society Dining Room and Lillian Brasserie a floor above 80 Collins Street, the dramatic bar is a vision in marble, and one of the best stocked in the city.

From Thursday to Sunday throughout May, head to The Lounge for an exclusive menu of burgers starting from $28. This will feature The House Burger, by Society’s own head chef Joachim Lim, alongside a rotating Guest Burger showcasing the talents of other Lucas restaurant chefs, including Vincenzo Ursini of Grill Americano, Adam Sanderson of Maison Bâtard and more. Meanwhile, you’ll find the perfect drinks pairing in The Lounge’s Mini Martini specials.  

Expect big flavours, with optional caviar on the side.
