Settle in to Sippers Club at Mr Mills this May. This seasonal early evening ritual pairs signature cocktails with bite-sized dishes in a one sip, one bite format. Available Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm, guests can explore a curated menu of five cocktail and snack pairings, each designed to balance bold flavours with playful combinations. Expect familiar classics with an Iberian twist, alongside new creations, all set within the moody, late-night energy of the bar. Pairings are designed to be enjoyed as is, or mixed and matched to suit your own rhythm.

Available Tuesday to Saturday, 5-9pm. $18 per cocktail and snack pairing. Includes a curated selection of five cocktail and bite pairings. Guests may mix and match pairings as desired.
