High above Martin Place, Panorama Bar brings a rooftop experience that feels distinctly Sydney – open-air, sun-drenched and made for long afternoons that turn into late nights. With sweeping skyline views, a sharp cocktail list and a soundtrack curated by some of the city’s best selectors, it strikes the balance between relaxed and elevated. Seasonal drinks, vibrant small plates and an effortlessly social atmosphere all make Panorama Bar a destination for everything from golden-hour aperitifs to late-night celebrations.

For one day only this May, Panorama Bar at The International will be hosting a special rooftop pop-up, as Toby Wilson brings back his original taco concept, Ghostboy Cantina.

Running from 2pm to 10pm on Saturday, May 23, the rooftop will transform into a laid-back, alfresco taqueria in the sky, serving a focused menu of flavour-driven dishes, including pork carnitas tacos with persimmon and Thai basil, kimchi quesadillas, and churros with pandan cream, alongside signature Don Julio cocktails.

Spanning both lunch and dinner, it’s an all-day experience designed for a long, easy session, with tacos, tequila and skyline views setting the tone from afternoon through to evening.
