The Saturday Lunch Set Menu at The Shell House Dining Room is a considered way to settle into the weekend. It’s designed for a long, relaxed lunch.

Guests are invited to take their place in the sunlit Dining Room and be guided through a three-course menu curated by culinary director Joel Bickford. Beginning with a selection of shared entrees that celebrate seasonal produce, the experience moves into a composed main of Murray Cod with cavolo nero, fennel and bonito butter, served alongside thoughtful sides, before finishing with a light and expressive dessert.

For those looking to elevate the experience, the menu can be paired with a glass of Ruinart R de Ruinart Brut NV Champagne, bringing a real sense of occasion to the afternoon.
