If you missed out on tickets to chef Gaggan Anand’s limited residency at Crown Sydney, you can still get a taste of the skills that have landed his eponymous restaurant near the top of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list numerous times, with a special menu running all month long at CIRQ Rooftop Bar & Lounge.

Throughout the month of May, Crown Sydney is hosting a Bites by Gaggan experience at CIRQ.

Indian-born, Bangkok-based chef Gaggan has crafted a bar bites menu for the harbourside space, including his spin on the beloved Indian street food bhel puri, a spicy, cheesy take on the traditional pillowy Indian pao rolls, and a habanero-laced tartare made with tuna belly, the most coveted cut of the fish.

Bites by Gaggan at CIRQ is available from 30 April – 31 May. Bookings and walk-ins are available.
