Created by chef-restaurateur Jeff Schroeter, Darling Glebe reimagines French classics with a little more edge, warmth and quiet mischief. et within the historic sandstone buildings of the original Darling Mills site on Sydney’s Glebe Point Road, guests enter through a velvet-lined colonnade into a martini-led lounge and an impressive wine cellar housing more than 2,800 bottles – the perfect setting for long lunches and late dinners.

During American Express delicious. Month Out, Darling Glebe is offering a $124pp martini-led four course menu. It includes The Chef’s Martini to drink, then crab with wasabi mayonnaise, Oyster Rockefeller, lemon marinated spatchcock and lavender crème brulee to finish.

The offer is available for lunch on Fridays and dinner on Wednesday through to Sunday during the month of May.
