On Saturday, May 2, Firedoor will transform Rozelle’s Sydney Brewery into a homage to all things Texan barbecue as part of Firedoor’s Texas BBQ: Pitmasters series. At special May event Saturday Social, Firedoor chef/owner Lennox Hastie will join chef Kareem El-Ghayesh of KG BBQ from Austin, Texas at the smoker, cooking up a Texas-style feast with an Egyptian twist. Plus, there’ll be live music, cold beers, rounds of the classic US lawn game cornhole and a Gelato Messina pop-up. Entry is free, on until sold out.

Saturday, May 2, from 2pm until sold out. Entry is free (first come, first served) with the option to register to go into the draw to win a barbecue meat tray.
