Firepop is a charcoal- and woodfire-driven restaurant in Enmore, where pops, small plates and drinks come together around the energy of live fire.

Centred around the grill, the menu explores bold flavours, thoughtful sourcing and a style of dining designed for sharing – equal parts casual and considered. Signature dishes like the sesame and cumin lamb pops sit alongside seasonal seafood, raw dishes and a tightly curated drinks list focused on wine, sake and house cocktails inspired by the classics.

Firepop is built on rhythm and atmosphere – a place for quick drop-ins, leisurely long dinners and everything in between.

During American Express delicious. Month Out, Firepop is offering three distinct experiences, each designed to engage guests in different ways while remaining centred on the restaurant’s core identity of cooking with live fire over charcoal and wood.

At the foundation is First Fire, a concise, $59pp set menu that offers an introduction to Firepop’s style of dining, centred around the charcoal and woodfire grill. Guests begin with a seasonal raw dish, followed by three pops cooked over charcoal – including the signature lamb – and a choice of wine or the house highball, designed to pair with the food. Balanced, expressive and made for sharing, First Fire captures the essence of Firepop in one sitting.

Building on this, Pop Stars: Month Out Edition is a one-night-only, ticketed edition of Firepop’s weekly Pop Stars series for delicious. Month Out. Pop Stars brings guest chefs into the Firepop kitchen to cook alongside our team over the charcoal grill. For this special edition, Firepop is joined by chef Ahana Dutt of Kolkata Social (formerly Raja and Firedoor) for a collaborative menu centred around live fire. Drawing on Dutt’s experience cooking with fire and her approach to regional Indian flavours, the menu explores bold seasoning, smoke and spice through a shared format designed for the grill.

Finally, Fire, Fat & Smoke is an intimate chef’s table experience centred around Firepop’s approach to cooking with charcoal. Limited to six guests, this guided session explores the three core principles behind cooking over fire – fire, fat and timing. Guests are seated at the grill for a close look at how heat is managed through coal placement and zones, how fat behaves and is controlled over open flame, and how timing and intuition shape the final result. Designed to be sensory and conversational, the session moves through a series of dishes cooked live, demonstrating how these elements come together in practice.

First Fire is available for groups of up to 6 guests, Tuesday to Thursday for dinner only, throughout May. Simply mention delicious. Month Out when booking.
