This May, Hotel Harry makes things easy with $15 pizzas, every Monday for lunch and dinner.

Harry’s woodfired pizzas are based on a simple Roman recipe, with a super-light and thin crust, crisp bite and perfectly balanced toppings. Cooked to perfection in an imported Marana Forni pizza oven, each pizza delivers the ideal balance of blistered crust and bold flavour.

From pizza bianca with mozzarella, fingerling potato, guanciale, fontina, onions and rosemary to the Calabrese with sausage, ‘nduja, pancetta and vodka sauce, there’s a pizza for every kind of day, night or appetite.
