Throughout May, Saké Restaurant & Bar is celebrating American Express delicious. Month Out with a special Ramen Lunch at Saké that invites guests to experience a refined interpretation of ramen.

Rooted in Japanese technique and elevated through a modern lens, each bowl is crafted with house-made broths, slowly simmered to achieve depth, balance and natural umami. From the rich soy tonkotsu to the bold spicy miso and indulgent brothless aburamen, this is more than a comforting classic; it’s a considered expression of flavour, precision and technique.
