Cocktail hour
The night kicked off with our featured cocktail, a delizioso negroni made from Campari, Tanqueray gin and Antica Formula vermouth.
Smooth soundtrack
Cabaret singer Carla Lippis kept diners entertained with a soulful performance.

Chef Max Sharrad created a special menu that included all the Fugazzi favourites.
The small
Starters included Smoky Bay oysters with white balsamic mignonette and Sicilian anchovy fingers with whipped butter and lemon.
The large
The menu showcased four fresh pastas, including this campanelle with pork and fennel sausage and ‘nduja.
The mighty
Along with this stunning whole-egg tagliarini with hand-picked blue swimmer crab, chilli and garlic, topped with salmon roe.
