And it's made for martinis.
The gin geniuses behind the Bloody Shiraz Gin are extending the olive branch with a new Mediterranean-inspired gin, made from cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and three different types of olive leaf.
The savoury gin is made from Australian botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, rosemary, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, lemon and grapefruit with olive leaf and extra virgin olive oil harvested from Cobram Estate.
Designed for cocktail drinkers, the new tipple makes the perfect base for a martini or Gibson – no olive required. It can also be used to make a Spanish-style G&T, served in a gin bowl and garnished with rosemary and lemon.

You can also trust that the new tipple is good. Not just because it’s made by Four Pillars Gin, but it’s also already collected its first gold medal at the 2020 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco.
Olive Leaf Gin is priced at $85 for a 700ml bottle, with the first batch landing in liquor stores nationwide in September 2020. Subscribers to fourpillarsgin.com will receive exclusive early access to the presale next week.
