Public Brewery Co in Croydon has released a new limited edition light beer called ‘Dan AnBrews’ in honour of the Victorian premier.

The light craft beer is made with Amarillo and Cascade hops and is said to be full flavoured with well-balanced bitterness and a subtle fruity aroma.

“We’ve pivoted like Dan said and tried to find a way to sell beer … it’s our civic duty to get on the beers but in a responsible way,”  head brewer Gab Porto told the Herald Sun.

Public Brewing Co made the new release in record time by simply whacking new labels on its Feather Weight light lager.

Dan AnBrews is available to purchase for $25 for a 6-pack or $70 for a 24-can slab from publicbrewingco.com.au.
