Inspired by Australia’s river systems and woodlands, this herbaceous Negroni is made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, paperbark smoked rosella, orange wine, pine needle and moss.
No. 1 Woodlands Negroni
There are plenty of good reasons to drink a Negroni next week. Not only is it officially Negroni Week, a seven-day celebration where bars donate a portion of their Negroni sales to charity, but this year also marks the classic cocktail’s 100-year birthday. It’s also just a really good drink. To celebrate this fine calendar event, Melbourne distillery, Four Pillars Gin, will release four bottled Negronis, each inspired by a different Australian landscape. The limited edition drinks will be available to buy from their distillery, online, and from four exclusive pop-up stores in Vic, NSW, Qld and WA.
