This new celestially inspired gin is just the thing to ease you into mercury retrograde

Hendrick's Lunar Gin: UK distillery's new limited edition small batch spirit

You’ll be over the moon.

Meet Hendrick’s Lunar Gin: the new “once in a blue moon” release from UK-based luxury distillers William Grant & Sons.

Hand crafted in Scotland, the new gin is a follow up to the brand’s 2019 Midsommer Solstice Gin, and we couldn’t be more over the moon or starry eyed, because we’re certain it’ll be out of this world.

This new celestially inspired gin is just the thing to ease you into mercury retrograde

Described as a “delightfully warm concoction… conceived beneath the celestial light of the moon” in the remote Scottish Ayrshire coast, Hendricks Lunar is ideal for fans of floral gins

With Hendrick’s Lunar Gin there is the warmth of some of the botanicals, like being wrapped up warm and snug of an evening. There is the rich aroma of night scented flowers and in the background a refreshing burst of citrus. It’s not bright and light like the midday sun, it’s calm and chilled and subtle.

While the brand is incredibly coy about the exact botanicals that feature, the gin is decidedly floral in aroma and palate, developing into spicy notes of juniper and black peppercorn, and finishing with warm, musky notes of rose, honeysuckle, and the brand’s signature zesty cucumber notes.

Hendrick’s Lunar Gin is bottled at 43.4% ABV. The cosmic new release will coming into your orbit soon. It’s available to purchase at $90.00 from June 1st at Dan Murphy’s.
