If you love good food and great gin, this is the dinner for you.
Gin lovers, take note. Bohemian in Melbourne’s South Bank is teaming up with Four Pillars gin to hold very special gin-centred dinners this September and October.
Four Pillar’s ambassador and Melbourne bar legend, Sam Ng, will host the event and the menu has been created by Bohemian head chef Gerard Rodriquez, with each course designed to compliment the unique flavours of the gin.

Each course will be paired with tailored cocktails made using Four Pillars gins: Cousin Vera, Four Pillars Navy Strength, Spiced Negroni Gin and the infamous Bloody Shiraz Gin.
Both gin and food lovers alike are no doubt in for a treat with this exclusively curated degustation, overlooking Melbourne’s iconic Yarra River.

The special dinner costs $120, including the tailored cocktails served with each course. With the September dinner sold out, Bohemian have added a second dinner to be held on October 7.
