Become your own boba barista with Woolworths’ new Avalanche DIY bubble tea kits.

Skip the Chatime queues and bounce into your local supermarket for a choice of 8 bubble tea flavours, including Milky (Original), Strawberry, Peach, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Mango, Matcha and Taro, with five sachets in each pack.

To make your own pearl tea, simply empty the packet into a glass, and add your choice of water or milk, as needed.

The new Taiwanese tea sachets were first spotted by Aussie TikToker Brittany Boyle (@brittty.b) in a video that has now gone viral.

Woolworths Merchandise Manager, Cormac Deery said: “We love seeing customers enjoy the new Avalanche Bubble Tea and sharing their excitement online.

“Customers are clearly enjoying the product and flavours available too as there’s been a noticeable spike in demand on the range, particularly over the weekend.

“We have no doubt TikTok has played a large part in the awareness of the range.”

Avalanche Bubble Tea is currently available to purchase from Woolworths supermarkets exclusively for $8 per pack.
