Move over gin fizz, the whizzes at Cocktail Porter have created a new DIY drinks kit that includes everything you need to create a sherbert-rimmed margarita at home.

Each of the Cocktail Porter margarita kits come stocked with Tromba Blanco tequila, agave syrup and Listo Tommy’s Margarita Mix, as well as flavoured salt and sherbet for the rim.

While not a traditional ingredient, I think we can all agree that super sour Wizz Fizz sherbet is exactly what this classic cocktail needs. The kit also comes with chilli salt for a spicy kick, or you can play it cool and stick to the standard recipe.

The DIY boxes are available in a small size, which makes six cocktails, for $75 and a large kit, which makes 18, for $135. The kit comes with all the ingredients you need to make bar-worthy cocktails at home, including step-by-step instructions so you don’t muddle it up. Unless, of course, you’re meant to muddle it up.
