Elegance is made from 100 per cent chardonnay grapes from the Barossa Valley, which are small-batch distilled in Sydney. The spirit is charcoal filtered and served in individually-blown, lead-free crystal bottles. The spirit is described as being full-bodied with slightly sweet aromas of blueberry, candied lavender and vanilla wafer with white pepper and licorice on the palate, and lemon zest and heather on the finish.
