Fossey’s ginporium and distillery in Mildura is set to release another batch of its famous Hot Cross Bun Gin next week, and we are not cross about it.

The limited-edition gin is infused with Easter spices like nutmeg, cinnamon and citrus peel with dried Flame seedless grapes to recreate the taste of buttery hot cross buns in a bottle.

The festive tipple is designed to be enjoyed with tonic and either a citrus or sultana garnish, and a hot cross bun (or six) on the side.

Fossey’s Hot Cross Bun Gin is priced at $75 for a 500ml bottle. The sell-out seasonal gin will be available to purchase from fosseysgin.com.au next Saturday, March 13. Sign up to the Fossey’s mailing list to receive early access to the sale on Thursday, March 11.
