Stop everything: Gin Lane’s boozy gin soft serves are back

And they've churned out a whole new batch of flavours.

Two of life’s greatest pleasures – ice cream and gin – have come together in a new range of boozy soft serves by Chippendale bar, Gin Lane.

The adults-only take on the childhood favourite was created by award-winning mixologist Grant Collins, founder of Gin Lane in Sydney’s Kensington Street, in collaboration with David Lopresti of Florentia gelato. The result is a quintet of icy cocktails, free from preservatives and full of cold pressed juices, with a splash of Tanqueray Gin in each.

Gin Lane's boozy soft serves are back.

This year, the new range of tipsy treats includes a rosella and citrus flavored Rosella Sling, a Rainforest Lime Gimlet, a Riberry Bramble, made from blackberry liqueur, raspberries and riberry confit, an apple cider gin fizz, as well as a Knickerbocker Glory, blended from gin, tonic and lemon aspen.  Each one comes with its own fun garnish, from candied orange wheels to popping candy and chocolate flakes.

If you prefer your gin in liquid form, the bar also pours out over 150 different gins from around the world, which can be fashioned into G&Ts or creative gin cocktails.

Gin Lane’s soft serve cones are priced at $10 each or $8 for a cup.
