Technically, you're not actually drinking.
Feel like your breakfast doesn’t have enough gin in it? British gin distillery Pinkster has just launched a raspberry gin jam into Australia and there goes everything you had planned for the day.
The boozy breakfast condiment is made from inebriated berries leftover from the gin-making process. The alcoholic jam can be spread on toast or stacked between sponge cakes for a hit that nan won’t see coming. It can also be used to add berry flavour and a soft pink hue to cocktails and sparkling wines.
Pinkster gin jam is priced at $9.99 per 340g jar. For more details, head to pinkstergin.com.au.
