We can finally get our choc marshmallow hit with The Gin Bird’s new Polly Waffle-inspired gin. To mimic the marshmallow flavours, they’ve used marshmallow root, lemon peel, almond, pistachio and ceylon vanilla, while coconut, allspice and cacao stands in for the chocolate wafer notes. Sydney distillery Poor Toms has just released a new piña colada gin so you can take a tropical holiday from home. The new tipple pairs juniper with beachy botanicals including pineapple, coconut, lime and pandan. Expect candied pineapple and sea spray on the nose, followed by coconut rough and briny soaked juniper and lime on the palate. Licorice, blackcurrant and coriander gin

Following the 2019 launch of special edition Bombay Sapphire English Estate, Bombay Sapphire Sunset uses all the original’s signature botanicals, while also introducing an additional three: golden turmeric, Spanish mandarin and Indian white cardamom.
