Because drinking wine never goes out of style.
It’s the fashion label turning heads this summer – a rosé wine made by Yarra Valley winery Handpicked in collaboration with designer Lisa Gorman.
Stunning pink colour aside, the rosé boasts vibrant red fruit and spice aromas on the nose, followed by juicy fruits and savoury notes on the palate. For the perfect ensemble, pair with salmon sashimi or Vietnamese rice paper rolls.
As for the packaging, Lisa Gorman was inspired by Australia’s Southern European migrants and their influence on the local food and wine culture. The artwork features a visual collage of hand-drawn edibles and summertime florals to channel a laidback Southern European lifestyle.
You can buy the Handpicked Rosé off-the-wine-rack at the Handpicked Cellar Door in Chippendale, Sydney as well as online at handpickedwines.com.au where it retails for $28.99 a bottle.
