Fancy a whole pig? Wonder down to the heart of Adelaide this May to go the whole hog at Press* Food & Wine, with a one-off event being thrown during the state’s biggest food festival.
This modern European bar and dining room will play host to a communal feast featuring a nose-to-tail meal of free-range heritage Berkshire pigs raised on farmer Jason Stephenson’s Yorke Peninsula property.

The Tasting Australia Press* Food and Wine Suckling Pig Party will take place on May 10th at 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Enjoy a three course meal for $175 per person. The menu includes:
- Shared first course: Fried pigs’ ears, mortadella mousse, tigelle, morcilla crumbs, Vitello tonnato, crispy capers, Fennel and apple salad, ham hock, ranch
- Main course: Whole spit-roasted pig served with the following sides:
- House-made mustard, applesauce, jus
- Asparagus, lardon
- Pork fat potatoes, sage
- Dessert: Chocolate tart, maple, bacon
- Beverages: Matched wine and non-alcoholic options
