The team that brought us Loulou’s Bistro, the Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar and Poetica is full steam ahead to bring excellence to North Sydney’s dining scene.

Located in the lobby of new luxury residences Aura by Aqualand, the versatile space will have a floor to ceiling wine display, indoor and street seating, and we’re sure there’ll be more than a few French numbers to snack on after work.

Details of the venue are thin on the ground at the moment but if neighbouring Poetica is anything to go off, we’re expecting regional French classics like oysters flambadou, saddles of lamb with white anchovy, and wilted spinach doused in rendered duck fat.
