For the month of March, as part of the inaugural American Express delicious. Month Out, Bar One is putting on a choice of three exclusive tasting plates and pairings that pay tribute to some of the country’s best producers, brewers and winemakers.

Bar One calls the swish Pier One Sydney Harbour hotel home, and has some of the best views in town (not to mention a cocktail menu curated by Archie Rose Distilling co.)

As you take in the surrounds of Walsh Bay and Sydney Harbour, you can choose between platters of Bruny Island raw milk cheese to go with Tasmanian pinot noir; shucked-to-order finger-lime topped Tathra oysters matched with zesty Cá San Vito prosecco; or a confit Maremma duck burger and Wildflower Brewery Amber Ale.

The tasting plates are made for two –– but with plenty of booth seating available Bridge-side, we’d be rallying a group and ordering all three.
