Un-burger-lievable.
Move over ice cream sandwich, Ben & Jerry’s has created an ice cream burger that looks exactly like your regular Maccas order.
Don’t be fooled by its lettuce, tomato and pickle get-up, the new ‘Impossible to Eat Burger’ is actually made from a stack of sweets, starting with a soft brioche bun spread with Biscoff cookie butter, red and green waffle pieces, a scoop of Ben & Jerry’s gelato, finished with hot chocolate fudge or caramel sauce.
The new menu item is the first in a new series of special creations inspired by Australia’s favourite fast foods. Here’s hoping an ice cream pie with strawberry sauce is next, although, we wouldn’t say no to a battered sav ice cream.
The Impossible to Eat Burger is available at Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Stores across Australia and New Zealand for a limited time only.
Locations include Bondi (NSW), Chatswood (NSW), Manly (NSW), Surfers Paradise (QLD), Pacific Fair (QLD), Mooloolaba (QLD), Noosa (QLD), Hillarys Boat Harbour (WA), Northbridge (WA), Fremantle (WA), Joondalup (WA), Flinders’ Lane (VIC), St Kilda (VIC), Burwood Brickworks (VIC).
