If you think Nutella is a perfectly acceptable breakfast food, you’ll be pleased to learn that Bonne Maman has just released a caramel spread that’s made for eating in the AM.

The new condiment is designed to be drizzled over sweet breakfast items, from croissants and pastries to crepes, French toast, waffles, and more. Bonne Maman also recommends spreading it on sourdough with fresh banana slices, however, in reality, we all know we’ll probably just end up eating it straight from the jar.

Bonne Maman Caramel Spread is made from just five ingredients, including condensed milk, glucose syrup, sugar, and salt, and contains no artificial colours or preservatives. It’s priced at $5.20 for a 380g jar and is currently available to buy from Woolworths and all major supermarkets.
