So you can pair your food with your shoes.

This year’s Pink Fashion Lunch will see diners treated to a parade of pink plates, curated by renowned chef and delicious. contributor Colin Fassnidge.

Held on March 14 as part of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival, the annual luncheon is a charitable event held in support of the McGrath Foundation.

Fassnidge has put together a three-course menu for the occasion that includes a number of pretty-in-pink dishes.

Those wearing salmon can coordinate with the miso cured salmon with lemon curd and fennel lavosh, or for those more vibrantly attired, there’s also baby beetroots with goats curd and a raw beet salad. To cap off the lunch will be a white chocolate sandwich with pink sugar served with Chandon Brut Rosé.
