Cork & Canvas in Darlinghurst has just launched a new gelato-inspired art class where you can create your own sundae-inspired masterpiece while scoffing unlimited scoops of N2 Extreme Gelato. A stroke of genius, if you ask us.

For the one-off Sundae Funday session, Cork & Canvas and N2 have teamed up to create a special flavour in honour of the event – a Champagne Cheesecake gelato. Each scoop comes topped with white chocolate ganache, popping candy and Champagne-shaped cookies, and did we mention, you can have as many as you want?

As usual, the class will be BYO wine and cheese, with all glassware and serving ware provided by the studio.
