Yesterday, Coles announced that they are also resuming their online deliveries and click and collect service.

Despite the re-opening of home delivery, Coles said in a statement it could not guarantee that the entirety of every order would be filled, due to product shortages.

“Coles is experiencing high demand for all products. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that you will receive all items in your order,” Coles said in a customer email.

“In an effort to fulfil your order as best we can, if an item is unavailable, wherever possible we will select a substitute within the same product category.”
