The Antipizza Bar selection includes such simply wondrous dishes as burrata served on a bed of sun-dried tomato and ’nduja pesto, and the salumi board is all your Italian cured-meat dreams come true.

Pizze range from the classic to the creative, and all are lightly topped allowing the individual flavours to shine. Pizza margherita is a three-ingredient taste sensation topped simply with San Marzano tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil, while Pizza Cicoria, with chicory, mozzarella, DOP Gorgonzola and lemon, pushes out the flavour boat. Sweets involve pizza and cheese, too, in a goat’s cheese tiramisú, and Sweet Pizza topped with Belgian white chocolate, fresh strawberries and vanilla bean gelato.
