Our team of dedicated reviewers have been busy dining at the hot new tables in town, as well as revisiting old favourites, to bring you the country’s most delicious restaurants on a plate. We’ve visited far flung locations, we’ve scored impossible reservations, we’ve even taken on a 20-course degustation (and won) to bring you this list. 

Since our last guide, we have seen a boom in new openings. You’ll find new names and locations that we’ve never featured before. We’ve even brought forward our publication date, so you don’t have to wait any longer to go out and try them all.
