Seriously, that's it now. No. More. Chances.
Tonight, contestants will get their fourth second chance to re-enter the competition. And to be honest, it’s been a long week and we’re really just happy for them to settle this with rock, scissors, paper, or even a game of thumb wars would do.
Andy has proved himself adept at flipping a coin, you could also try that?
But no, some producer has come up with a new novel idea for a challenge so that’s what we’re going to do. Fine.
Anyone else feel like second chances week has been going for 10000 years? #MasterChefAU

The four top contestants from yesterday’s mystery box challenge will compete in a “marathon menu”. Each contestant has two-and-a-half-hours to prepare a three-course menu, with the maker of the weakest dish eliminated at each course.
Tom’s strategy is to concentrate on doing well in the final course, and it’s possibly the worst idea we’ve ever heard, proven by the fact that he gets knocked out in the first round.
I’m imagining someone being eliminated at the entree and their ice cream machine is left sadly churning alone for the rest of the episode. #MasterChefAU

The only winner today will be Jock, who now gets a free pass on his dad jokes for the rest of the season.
Tom flat out refusing to pander to Jock’s dad jokes is my favourite part of this season. #MasterChefAU

Left to battle it out are Maja, Eric and Wynona, who are all making fish for their main course.
While Eric’s squirrel fish looks to be the most impressive, Jock says it tastes floury and sadly, he’s eliminated in the second round. It won’t be the same without his extremely detailed historical descriptions of each dish and that happy little leap he does when he gets something right.
For the final course, the judges must choose between Wynona’s orange cake and Maja’s Splice dessert made from native Australian ingredients.
It’s a tough call but in the end, they give it to Maja as Splice is the single greatest ice cream of all time. Also, it’s apparently sophisticated. I’ve been saying this for years now and only my five-year-old nephew will listen.
I really want to eat at this miracle restaurant where Maja did her work experience #MasterChefAU

The judges agree, it’s a completely different Maja and if it wasn’t for her wearing the same clothes and hairstyle every episode, she would be completely unrecognisable.
As a reward for her efforts today, she will be taken away from the restaurant where she is learning so much, and thrown back into a reality TV comp that she probably won’t win. Congratulations Maja!
Join us on Sunday night when either Maja or Minoli will be eliminated and this will all have been for nothing.
