That, my friend, could be you one day. Din Tai Fung has just released a limited edition DIY dumpling kit, which shows how to recreate their world-class dumplings at home.

The kit includes everything you need to make your dim sum feast, including a steamer basket, rolling pin, wooden spoon and steamer paper, as well as Din Tai Fung’s own dumpling dough, dipping sauce and two types of filling – pork and prawn and chicken and mushroom. All the utencils and ingredients are exactly what’s used in the Din Tai Fung kitchen.

Instructions show you how to master five different dumpling shapes, including the rare red rose dumpling. Now, if that doesn’t impress your mates, nothing will.
