Basement Sri Lankan restaurant INDU is a firm believer that your spice journey can (and should!) be lubricated with more than just beer. Since opening in late 2015, they’ve promoted a drinks menu boasting more than a dozen different varieties of Gin and Tonic (take the Spanish Gin Mare, for example, served with fresh mango and crushed black pepper.)

Now, as part of the American Express delicious. Month Out, they’re upping the ante with a combination that will have your toes tapping as much as your taste buds: gin, jazz and their new seasonal menu.

For one day only on March 8, INDU is partnering with Yarra Valley distillery Four Pillars for an afternoon of gin tastings, delicious southern Indian and Sri Lankan food, and live jazz.

A member of the Four Pillars team will be there to take diners through a tasting paddle featuring three Four Pillars gins, premium mixers and garnishes, and from there you can create your own perfect aperitif before the swinging live jazz begins.
