Inflight meal.

Chicken or fish?

Whether you secretly enjoy those perfectly-portioned plane meals or just want to save yourself some cooking or some money, Gate Gourmet is now slinging packs of their inflight meals to eat at home.

That’s right, cramp yourself up on the couch and connect your headphones to the telly, you can now live out your flight fantasies on the sofa, starting with a baby bread roll and butter portion.

Kick-off your morning refreshment with a beige breakfast tray, neatly packed with bouncy eggs and questionable sausages, followed by a set meal of underseasoned meat with soft rice or noodles for tea.  All meals come in microwave and oven-safe packaging, ready to heat and eat in five minutes or less.

A pack of 10 mixed breakfast meal packs is priced at $20 or go the 10 pack of mixed lunch/dinner packs which will set you back $25, that’s just $2.50 a meal. To place an order, head to gategourmetmeals.com.au with pick-up available in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
