And it has 25% less sugar.
Coco Pops fans will now be able to try their favourite breakfast cereal in a limited edition white chocolate flavour – and it does not disappoint.
While it may look like regular old Rice Bubbles in the bowl, the taste reveals creamy vanilla, caramel and marshmallow flavours.
What’s more, the white choc version has 25% less sugar than the original version, which equates to six teaspoons of sugar per 100g as opposed to the usual nine.
Derek Lau, Coco Pops Brand Manager at Kellogg’s ANZ said: “In response to our fans, and the growing desire for white chocolate varieties of popular foods, we wanted to see if it was possible to create a white choc flavoured Coco Pops that tastes as good as the original.
“Our food developers have paired the simple goodness of puffed rice with a delicious white choc flavour. Using caramel and marshmallow milk notes, we have created a unique Coco Pops taste inspired by the sweet sensation of crème brûlée and panna cotta.”
Coco Pops White Choc Flavour is available from Woolworths this March and other supermarkets from April at a price of $5.40 per 350g.
