Throughout May, the moody, art-filled Chablis Bar – usually dedicated to Burgundy’s famed Chardonnay – will transform into a Champagne Bar. From 4-6pm nightly, guests can enjoy a curated selection of half-price Champagne by the glass or bottle, with bottle prices starting from just $117.5.

The offer is perfectly paired with a special menu of small bites, including Crispy Wagyu Truffle, Tempura Calamari and Crispy Rice Sushi, making it an effervescent start to any evening.
