Since it opened in 2009, Cutler & Co has woven its way into the fabric of Melbourne’s dining scene. To celebrate American Express delicious. Month Out., the Gertrude Street fixture is bringing back a bar favourite to the menu this May: the abalone katsu sando. Their take on the Japanese classic, this perfect snack features tender crumbed and fried abalone sandwiched between two fluffy white slices of bread with a sweet and tangy sauce.

During the month of May, the abalone katsu sando will be available for $16.

Available Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm and Sunday from 12pm throughout the venue.
