Messina is celebrating a year since its first-ever cookie pie with a special birthday cake edition. And what a year it’s been! We’ve had the fairy bread cookie pie, the red velvet cookie, the choc chip cookie pie… oh the happy memories!

Being a year older and wiser, there’s no question that this cookie pie is quite a bit better than its predecessor. The new multi-layer pie comes filled with choc chip cookie dough and topped with oozy vanilla custard and birthday cake crumble. Bundle it up with a tub of gelato and you’ll be feeling like a jolly good fellow.

By now you should know the drill. Messina will open cookie pie presales on Monday 12th April with pick-up available on the weekend, from Friday 16th – Sunday 18th April. Each Birthday Cake Cookie Pie is priced at $25 each, or $35 with a 500ml gelato tub, $41 with a 1 litre tub or $45 with a 1.5 litre gelato tub.
