If you think your go-to pizza joint slings the best slice in your state, we want to hear about it. If you’re lovin’ your local laksa, or you’ve found the perfect pie, now’s the time to spread the word. Got a favourite gelato spot? We want the scoop! We want to know the ramen you’re raving about, which tacos are worth tackling and what burger and fries leave stars in your eyes. 

From pho to fish & chips, from doughnuts to dumplings and from steak to sushi, we’re calling for nominations across 20 categories. This is your chance to share your favourite foods from your town or city with the rest of Australia. It will also give your local food heroes the chance to be named among the most delicious. in your state for 2023.
