That's amore.
Exciting news for your next late-night commute home. A vending machine installed this week at Southern Cross Station is serving piping-hot pizza in under five minutes.
The vending machine is the brainchild of international brand, Me Group, who have so far installed more than 600 of the pizza vending machines across Europe and Japan and is now starting an ambitious rollout in Australia.

The machine has ironically popped up in front of a closed health foods store on the station’s top-level on Thursday and has been installed in between two temporary hoarding walls, and while the machine is just a temporary installation, it will likely be around for three to six months.
But wait, there’s more. The group has also set up a vending machine for your four-legged friends, with dog snacks available right next door so you won’t feel guilty not sharing your pizza with your pup.

The Me Group is also responsible for other food offerings overseas like beer and cider dispensaries, and fresh juices at the push of a button.
Three more hoarding walls for other gourmet vending machines have been installed at the station and while there is no intention of replacing conventional retailers, the vending machines will provide novel temporary food and drink options while new tenants are being found.
The Southern Cross Station pizza vending machine will begin operation from Monday, August 14.
