The toast with the most.
Off the back off a hugely successful Brisbane pop-up, Sizzler is going nationwide.
That’s right, folks! From July 24, get set for a cheese fest at every Coffee Club across Australia. The limited-run Sizzler cheese toast will be available for just two weeks, or until stock runs out.
The Coffee Club has an exclusive partnership with Sizzler, meaning you will be served the original Sizzler Cheese Toast, not some orange parmesan-crusted dupe.
It’s a dream come true for fans of Sizzler, an iconic chain restaurant that permanently closed its doors almost four years ago.
Sizzler officially called time on its service back in November 2020 after a long 30-year legacy serving up cheese toasts, grilled steaks and all-you-can-eat salad bars. But fans of the restaurant – a staple of the 90s – have yearned for its return ever since.

“Sizzler and its family-style dining left an indelible mark on Australians who grew up with the iconic offering’,” said The Coffee Club CEO Scott Meneilly. “The return of Sizzler cheese toast at The Coffee Club isn’t just about food; it’s bringing together two nostalgic brands and celebrating a cultural icon.”
Does Sizzler still exist in Australia?
In our hearts? Yes. In actuality, sadly no. After nearly 30 years in business, the last Sizzler Australia closed its doors in 2020. Vale.
Sizzler’s Cheese Toast will be available from July 24 for two weeks or while stocks last. Find your local Coffee Club at the website here.
