The Dolphin is a Surry Hills institution synonymous with good times and great Italian food. The menu spans Italian-inspired classics, fronted by a range of woodfired pizzas. And very excellent pasta. The classic Delfino pastas are a perennial favourite and this May for American Express delicious. Month Out the pub is bringing back its most famous pastas, for $25 each. Each week, take a nostalgic trip to Italy with a regional pasta. First up is Rome with Bucatini all’Amatriciana (5th-11th May), then Napoli for Linguine alle Vongole (12th-18th May), back north to Bologna for Tagliatelle alla Bolognese (19th-25th May) and Rome again for Fettuccine Alfredo (26th May-1st June).
