The limited-time $129pp Lana Pasta E Basta set menu is only available on Wednesdays and includes: 

Snacks to start:

• Mapo “lamb”, whipped tofu hommus, pasta fritta
• Carbonara “fritto”, truffle pecorino
• Snapper carpaccio, stracciatella, ginger, kanzi apple

Rotating trio of pasta dishes:

• Potato gnocchi in a pork rib ragu, with perilla, smoked parmesan and kimchi
• Capelli alla “vongole” with sea urchin crema, sambal and bottarga
• Pumpkin bottoni “quattro formaggio” with sage and macadamia

Plus, dessert;

• “Milo – misu”
