To celebrate American Express delicious. Month Out this May, Neil Perry has curated a special Signature Lunch Menu at his Double Bay restaurant Song Bird. The feast features nine of Perry’s most-loved dishes from his modern-Asian-inspired menu. 

Signature dishes such as plump Spencer Gulf king prawn wontons with black vinegar and chilli; coral trout with pixian chilli, white soy and ginger; and salt and pepper southern calamari with prik nam pla are included on the special lunch menu.

This limited-edition $75 Signature Lunch Menu will be available throughout the month of May. The American Express delicious. Month Out special menu will include the following dishes:

• Cabbage, carrot, radish and daikon pickles
• Pav and Heidi’s big-eye tuna tartare lettuce cups with Kkmchi and ssam sauce
• Bruce’s salt and pepper southern calamari with prik nam pla
• Plump Spencer Gulf king prawn wontons with black vinegar and chilli
• Pepper beef pancake with fragrant soy
• Ben’s coral trout with pixian chilli, white soy and ginger
• Sichuan-style sweet, sour, hot and numbing pork with pineapple
• Steamed autumn vegetables with golden sesame oil
• Combination fried rice with barbecue pork, conpoy and prawn
